The Mask is scaled to fit an adult but you can make children's masks by scaling down the templates when you print - check our FAQ page for details. The skull mask worked out great. After building the mask, I distressed it with glue and shop rags, gave it a paint job, meshed over the eye holes and added some LEDs and BOOM, the super scary grim reaper. Add some stilts and a long, hooded robe to finish the look. It would have taken me days to make the mask on my own, but with the template it was done in a matter of hours, leaving me way more time to perfect all the other details of this costume.

I traced the templates and squeezed them onto 6 bits of A4 white card, I went with the tabs on templates. Then I slowly worked my way through cutting and glueing the skull together. I used tape on the inside to hold it together, the PVA on the outside to stick down any flappy bits. It looks great, I'm really happy with it. I have plans to paint and varnish it to make it structurally sound and more permanent. Bring on Halloween. Also I can wear it with my glasses on underneath with is a big plus
It looked great when used in the school play fairly easy to assemble.
This is fairly easy to assemble. So far my best luck is with stick glue. It is a little slower, but I am just not good enough to use double sided tape.
I bought it to have an easy Halloween costume.... well it was a hard work to make it, but it worked the best - even better than the Dragon with open mouth. The inly thing I regret is not buying a horned version of it :)
